Position Mission:
Manage the cMSL team through tactical leadership focused on implementing the strategies of each project conducted by ODC, ensuring that patients are at the center of efforts to connect them to treatments, new therapies, clinical trials, and address their needs throughout the Patient Journey and in interactions with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in managing the cMSL team.
Assessment and identification of individual and team needs for training, technical and behavioral development, skill enhancement relevant to the role, and scientific updates.
Guidance and continuous support to the cMSL team in carrying out their planning activities, scheduling, visits, stakeholder relationship management, record-keeping and reporting, participation in scientific events, among other duties.
Defining and monitoring individual and team goals according to objectives and deliverables set for each project.
Development and implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to each goal and activity, facilitating the monitoring and evaluation of progress, and drafting individual and team plans to achieve established goals.
Monitoring and analyzing goal progress, outcomes, action plans, identified demands, and opportunities.
Presenting team results to the project manager, as well as opportunities for improvement.
Preparing periodic performance reports, including challenges and identified opportunities, to contribute to the team's strategic decision-making.
Supporting and strengthening relationships with stakeholders: opinion leaders, institutions, research centers, physicians, healthcare professionals, and potential new contacts for ODC Life Sciences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
Collaboration and integration with other areas related to field team activities, supporting the development and implementation of strategies set for each project and for ODC Life Sciences' objectives.
Promoting open and transparent communication, encouraging information and idea exchange between teams and departments within the company.
Reviewing and allocating resources for field team actions and activities efficiently to maximize the impact of initiatives and patient journey personalization strategies.
Identifying and reviewing opportunities to improve patient and stakeholder engagement solutions within the Patient Journey.
Reviewing scientific materials, organizing presentations, and facilitating the development of scientific protocols.
Ensuring that all team activities comply with local and international regulations, and that ethical standards are maintained in all scientific interactions.
Adhering to regulations, laws, procedures, and compliance with good clinical practices, health standards, and quality assurance systems.
Reviewing scientific materials, organizing presentations, and facilitating the development of scientific protocols.
Coordinating post-approval scientific studies and trials, as well as research projects.
Academic Background:
Degree in Health Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or related areas.
Postgraduate in medical, scientific, advertising and marketing areas, MBA is desirable.

Time of experience in the position:
Minimum of 5 years of field experience in roles such as cMSL, MSL, Medical Liaison, relationship management with research centers, Sales Force, or related areas, along with 5 years in leadership roles involving team management.
