Airswift is looking for a Coating & Insulation Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities:
Ensure all activities for Coating & Insulation discipline related to Topside construction are planned, performed, and documented in accordance with the project contracts specifications and requirements.
Be visible and engaged within HSSE and act as a Safety Ambassador.
Follow-up that all surface treatment and insulation work is performed with emphasis on safety and required quality and comply with Project requirements and specifications.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting.
Follow-up actions towards Lead, Supervisors, and Engineering.
Cooperate with inspectors from other disciplines in the site team.
Ensure Contractors personnel are qualified in accordance with project requirements.
Ensure Contractor construction and quality control departments implement activities as per the required procedures, specifications, and standards throughout all phases of construction.
Monitor work progress against plans and schedules and highlight areas of concern and possible corrective actions.
Seek advice and clarification from relevant Lead ensuring timely and informed decision-making.
Ensure inspections are reported as needed and follow-up on Contractor's quality findings and NCRs.
Utilize agreed reporting systems to document inspections and findings.
Follow up on receipt and storage of paint and insulation materials.
Monitor and control inspection devices, ensuring calibration certificates are documented for auditing purposes.
Participate in inspections and audits of the contractor and subcontractor's painting workshop and facilities.
Engage in inspection activities according to the Inspection and Test plan (ITP) as required and in area/system punch out as required.
Participate in P3 inspection (as per ISO -part 3) for release and pre-blasting.
Supervise contractor/subcontractor work areas that can be handed over and prioritize with other disciplines to enhance effectiveness.
Support Contractor/Subcontractor supervisor and resolve daily findings.
Actively engage in discussions and direct Contractor supervisors in their daily work plan as per priority; prepare and update the weekly available work front.
Participate in area/system/subsystem walkdowns (MC activities) and verify/acknowledge ITR as required.
Work closely with the contractor to achieve mechanical completion without punch listed items.
Follow up and verify contractor closing of punch items as required.
Follow up on "dynamic" works assigned by the Coating & Insulation Lead.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 1 year of practical experience in administrative and technical departments, including roles such as roustabouts/roughnecks, welders, etc.
