Collections Supervisor

We are looking for our new Collections Supervisor to join our collections team, which is responsible for conducting team processes and activities, such as: identification, writing off titles and accounting for payments, sending receipts and proof of payments, returning available balance to the customer, in accordance with internal procedures, deadlines and established goals, aiming for the best result.Key Responsibilities:Oversees end to end OTC process to identify and adjust gaps.Conduct regular portfolio reviews wit collectors and analysts to identify main issues and drive actionsSupport manager in developing collections strategies and ensure team´s adherenceBe direct involved in negotiations involving relevant customersEngage stakeholders for timely issue resolutionPrepare report on status of collections activitiesAdvanced stakeholder management and communication skillsCoordinates and SupervisesCoordinates and supervises the daily activities of smaller groups of employees.Recognized authority who applies advanced knowledge, sophisticated analytical thinking, and innovative tools to solve complex business problems.Responsible for the performance and results of an area.?We are looking for:Stakeholder managementExperience in coaching and developing team of specialistsExperience with process improvement and technology implementation projectsEnglish advanced level (must)Microsoft Office advancedHigher education co(Logística, Administração, ou área correlata)Demonstrates financial skillsInspires confidenceMutual respect and teamworkKnows how to plan and align
