**Position Summany**
Our Product Support - Customer Experience Portfolio organization is looking for a Support Associate to join the Commerce Cloud team to work collaboratively with our global customers, partners, and your colleagues on other SAP Commerce Cloud teams to facilitate the design, delivery, support, and management of customer environments.
In the Commerce Cloud team you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and career, being exposed to a vast range of world-class tools and technologies, technical topi including public cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Java, Apache, and Unix.

**Expectations and Tasks**
- You will resolve known issues and report new errors to the developers
- You will do it by means of Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs), solved customer incidents, documentation, or verifying customized entries
- You will share knowledge by creating KBAs, wiki documents, discussing solutions with colleagues, participating in forums, and delivering technical trainings and workshops to internal staff
- You will achieve proficiency in all areas of SAP Commerce Cloud and specialize in at least one area
- You will develop your technical skills: reading code, debugging, unit testing, etc.
- You will participate (as a functional expert) in critical incident de-escalation efforts and escalation management "war rooms"
- Important: ability to adhere to assigned schedule, with working hours that could be allocated between 9:00AM to 9:00PM or with schedules potentially encompassing weekend shifts with occasional on-duty or on-call rotations on public holidays
**Education and Qualifications/ Skills and Competencies**
- University degree (or close to graduation) in Computer Science, Engineering or any Technology-related course
- Advanced English skills (oral and written)
- Relevant technical skills (debugging, tracing, etc.)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and work under pressure
- Good communication, prioritization, adaptability, and customer orientation skills
- Growth mindset, with openness to learn and positive attitude to work in team
Nice to have:
Knowledge in IDE (Eclipse, IntelliJ, etc.)
- Knowledge in CI tool (Jenkins, GitHub, etc.)
- Knowledge in log management tool (Kibana, Splunk, etc.)
- Knowledge of business processes in one relevant industry (e-commerce, retail, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of at least one APM tool (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, etc.)
**Work experience**
- Experience working with at least one object-oriented programming language or framework (Java,.NET, etc.)
- Experience with relational databases and SQL
- Experience with operating systems (Unix, Linux, etc.)
- Previous experience with customer support in the IT industry is an advantage
