YOUR ROLE Financial Acumen: A strong understanding of financial principles, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis. Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and interpretation to provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align financial strategies with overall business goals and market conditions. Experience in developing and executing financial plans that support corporate objectives. Leadership and Management: Experience in leading and managing finance teams, demonstrating strong leadership qualities, and the ability to mentor and develop staff. Adaptability and Flexibility: Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and adjust financial strategies in response to changing market conditions or organizational needs. YOUR SKILLS Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CPA preferred. 7+ years of experience in finance roles, preferably in a commercial setting. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems (preferably SAP), or data analysis tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Alteryx. Advanced English.
