**What you'll be doing**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and competitive landscape.
- Develop data-driven commercial growth strategies, focusing on driving revenue growth and optimizing sales funnels.
- Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and business assessments to inform strategy development.
- Create and execute strategic growth plans, encompassing digital marketing, sales enablement, and client acquisition initiatives.
- Manage multiple client accounts concurrently, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and digital marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align commercial strategies with broader business objectives.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Proven experience as a Commercial & Growth Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to achieve business objectives.

**Position**: Commercial & Growth Specialist

**Remote Status**: Fully Remote

**Preferred Location**: Global

**Working Hours**: 9 am to 6 pm EST

**Salary**: USD 1200 to USD 1600 per month
