Commercial Head Retail Construction

Consolidated company in the construction retail segment, looking for a new executive to boost its growth process. Your challenge will be to lead the commercial and distribution area in the market, in addition to developing strategic partnerships, boosting the team's performance and sales performance. As Commercial Head, you will be responsible for driving the business's growth strategy and overseeing operations and sales representatives nationally, ensuring that the company remains competitive and innovative. Main responsabilities: Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the construction retail market segment, aligning it with the company's objectives and market opportunities; Form high-performance teams, and manage the related team, ensuring the achievement of established goals; Monitor sales performance, provide guidance and foster a high-performance culture; Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and customer needs, providing insights to do so; Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction; Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing proposals and negotiating contracts; Supervise the commercial budget; Prepare regular reports on activities carried out, sales performance and market conditions for senior management. Requiriments: Experience in managing commercial representatives at national level; Experience in marketing Private Brand Products for the Civil Construction market; Willingness to travel; Knowledge of order management tools; Experience in sales leadership positions in the construction sector; Availability to live in Curitiba – PR.
