The Opportunity | Communication Manager We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Communications Manager to lead our internal and external communication efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing communication strategies, crafting compelling narratives, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing complex projects and working collaboratively across various departments.
Key First-Year Objectives Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Internal Communications: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communication channels, reinforcing the company's brand identity and values.
Content Development: write and review the creation of all communication materials, including newsletters, email communications, presentations, and social media content.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership to communicate key initiatives to stakeholders Measurement & Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies, providing regular reports to senior management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
A Master's degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in English Proven ability to develop and implement successful communication strategies.
Proficiency in digital and social media platforms.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
Highly adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
Collaborative team player with the ability to influence others.
