Position: Communications Assistant Service Dimension : Internal Communications / Corporate Communications / Events / ContentMain activities:Internal Communication s – Support in the execution of the Internal Communication actions, Programs and campaigns; support for keeping the internal channels updated; support in the interface with internal clients (ie.
HSE, HR, IT, Adm etc.)
Support the internal communication actions related to volunteer actions.Corporate Communications and Events – Support in the execution of the Corporate Communications external actions and events.
Support in the creation and update of the affiliate's institutional materials (brochures, film, presentations) and update of external digital channels.Conten t – Support in the content elaboration, writing content for the internal channels and institutional materials.Contro l – Support in updating the area's control spreadsheets, for example: event participation, sponsorship, among others.Context and Environment:The activities are performed in a multifunctional context, which is subject to changes according to the internal and external environments, and in constant alignment with the internal and headquarters networks.Accountabilities:Maintain a strong relation with our internal clientsBrief communications agencies related to internal or external communication initiativeMaintain a close and very political (not only technical) relation with all internal stakeholdersRequired qualifications and experience:Bachelor's degree in communicationsUp to 1 year formationAdvanced in English – oral and writtenMultitask, initiative, creativity, adaptability, and dynamismWriting skills
