The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging with the organization's user and expert community in a way which builds brand awareness and improve engagement within the community.   Responsibilities User Operation Daily user in-app or email support User experience survey and optimization Community event planning and execution Expert Operation Daily expert support Inbound expert interview and onboard Content Operation Daily moderation of content Social media content and accounts management Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years' in customer support, community or related role Strong written and verbal communication skills fluent in English both verbally and written
