About the roleWe're looking for a dynamic Community Manager to be the face of our Football Brand across our social media platforms.
This role requires someone passionate about football, fluent in social media best practices, and ready to create engaging, innovative content that drives community growth and loyalty.
You'll collaborate on a daily basis with our Senior Community Manager to execute a top-tier social media strategy while directly engaging with our growing audience.As our Community Manager you will:Be the Brand's Face: During the initial phase, you'll represent the brand on all platforms, so strong communication skills and confidence in front of the camera are essential.Content Creation: Write scripts, film yourself, and edit reels to deliver impactful and shareable video content.Engage the Community: Interact with followers through comments, messages, and live discussions to foster a vibrant and inclusive online environment.Plan and Execute Campaigns: Assist in running content calendars, contests, and interactive campaigns aligned with our brand.Analytics-Driven Strategy: Track key metrics, report insights, and recommend strategies to enhance community engagement.Your profile should include:Experience: 1-2 years in community management or social media roles, ideally within sports, betting, or football-focused industries.Skills: Expertise in scriptwriting, filming, and editing short-form video content like reels; solid understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.Passion: A deep love for football and the ability to connect with its community.Proactive and Creative Mindset: Bring innovative ideas to keep the content fresh and engaging.Fast-Paced Work Style: Thrive in a dynamic environment, especially given the rapid pace of social media in Brazil.Nice to have: If you are based in San Paolo, Brazil would be ideal and Igaming knowledge would be considered an asset.About North Star Network:North Star Network is the home of sports fan communities across the world.
