**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Collaborate with Hiring Managers**: Build strong relationships with hiring managers across departments, understanding their recruitment needs and customizing strategies to meet those needs effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- ** Experience**: 2-3 years in talent acquisition, ideally within a tech-focused environment.
- ** ATS Proficiency**: Experience with **ATS platforms** like **Greenhouse**, **Lever**, **Ashby**, etc., and able to optimize recruitment workflows effectively.
- ** Organizational Skills**: Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple requisitions and recruitment tasks simultaneously.
- ** Independent & Collaborative**: Ability to work autonomously, as well as collaborate effectively within a team-driven, dynamic environment.
