The Role The Compensation and HRIS Analyst is responsible for the administration and analysis of the organization's compensation programs and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role ensures that compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organization's objectives, and that the HRIS is accurately maintained and effectively utilized. Key Responsibilities Compensation: Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation-related policies. Conduct job evaluations, salary surveys, and market analyses to ensure competitive compensation practices. Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management to support decision-making. Assist in the design and implementation of executive and employee compensation programs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations. HRIS: Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Serve as the point of contact for HRIS-related issues, troubleshooting, and system upgrades. Develop and generate HRIS reports and analytics to support HR initiatives and business objectives. Conduct regular audits of HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Train HR staff and other stakeholders on the effective use of HRIS. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience 3-5 years of experience in compensation analysis and HRIS management. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience with data analysis, reporting, and HR metrics. Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
