Your roleAs the Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, managing, and analyzing compensation and benefits programs.
Your work will ensure our programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives.
This role involves leading large-scale projects, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring compliance with both internal objectives and external regulations.Develop and implement rewards strategies and policies.Design, analyze, and manage compensation structures.Ensure fair and accurate employee compensation.Design and manage benefits programs, including executive rewards.Research market trends and best practices in total rewards.Assist with the deployment of new total rewards programs.Conduct job evaluations and recommend job grades and titles.Maintain relationships with market data providers.Perform cost and compensation analyses for People & Culture partners.Lead annual regional compensation planning processes.Administer and align employee benefits, including insurance renewals.Create and maintain employee benefits metrics and communicate through internal systems.Coach and support management at all levels.Conduct training on compensation fundamentals and stay updated on trends and legislation.Develop internal controls for compliance with laws and regulations.Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.Undertake other projects and duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in a multinational environment.Comprehensive knowledge of compensation concepts, practices, and procedures.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.Attention to detail with effective organizational and time management skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills for working with managerial and cross-functional groups globally.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and work with urgency.Knowledge of employee benefits programs and ability to design and implement them.Understanding of compensation structures, regulations, and policies.Experience handling confidential information responsibly.Knowledge of compensation principles and total rewards regulations.High business acumen and professional maturity.Adaptability in virtual and cross-cultural environments, with proficiency in Office 365 tools.Experience with HRIS, preferably SAP (Success Factors) and cloud-based systems.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Strategic mindset focused on innovation and continuous improvement.Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish proficiency is a plus.Why join us?As our Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to shape our organizational culture and drive business transformation.
