Job Details: The job holder will provide engineering & operational support for Completion Workover & Well Intervention disciplines, with a primary focus on the planned workover and intervention projects. Additionally, the successful candidate will provide front-end support across other requirements on existing assets. Also, will ensure HSE requirements are integral to all aspects of completion, well testing and well intervention activities including design and execution. We encourage PCD´s to apply to this position. Key Requirements: Engineering degree, preferably in mechanical, chemical or petroleum engineering. Proficiency in English and Portuguese. Valid Well Control Certificate (IWCF, IADC). Relevant experience in O&G operators or Service companies. Experience with brown field workovers and interventions will be advantageous. Knowledge with IT and industry software including: WellCat / Landmark suite, Tubing Movement Modelling. Proficiency in Excel. Key Responsabilities: Role will primarily be embedded within wells team with for workovers & interventions (as a priority). Establish and document detailed basis of design and executional programs for all wells. Develop budget and cost control mechanisms for completions, workovers and well interventions. Interface with key stakeholder to ensure deliverables are planned and achieved. Mentor less experienced team members on the Company well delivery process. Optimise completions/testing/well intervention planning, costing and operations. Assist in the contracting and purchasing process for all well equipment and services. Ensure well material and service providers comply with specified quality assurance requirements. Monitor contractor operational readiness, equipment manufacturing, acceptance testing, quality assurance and service delivery. Assist in the management of the service contracts and contractor performance process. Update and assist with the Company's management of well database. Ensure that all completion activities comply with Company's policies standards as well as all governmental and industry regulations & best practices. Ensure that all work within the area of responsibility is adequately documented and lessons learned are captured for the benefit of future Company's operations worldwide. Participate in well and operations hazard assessments and HAZOPs and compiling well risk register and well barrier review as required. Participates in future efforts including high-level scoping (feasibility, time & cost) for new projects. Hold and document peer reviews and stage-gate meetings as necessary. Engage with Process Safety Team to participate in the RA and MOCs analysis and ensure actions. Act as Completion & Wells Intervention Lead when needed.
