The internship will offer an immersive experience in the Compliance team, with the people who perform that role, our industry and what you could expect from a full-time role.About the RoleDaily tasks may include:Support Compliance Officer in the development and maintenance of the Compliance Program and associated compliance risks mitigation standards for existing and new/amended regulations including policies, guidelines, procedures, training and communication.Assist in compliance risk assessments and Compliance Program effectiveness on a continuing basis.Conduct KYC (Know your Customer), KYV (Know your Vendor) and KYP (Know your Partner) procedures.Assist in monitoring and acting upon regulatory developments relating to compliance risks and the associated regulatory obligations.Support the development and delivery of the Annual Compliance Plan.Support on regulatory official letters monitoring and response.Provide enabling guidance to internal clients with respect to compliance requirements.Maintain information and records.Various administrative duties as needed.About the TeamThe Reinsurance Compliance Latam team is tasked with an important role, acting as both an enabler that supports business activities regarding ethical and regulatory compliance and a control and governance function providing independent assurance on Compliance Risk matters to Management and the Boards of Directors.
