We are a multi-licensed operator and the position requires good knowledge of regulations and policies related to online gambling in Brazil, as well as experience managing compliance teams/projects and working with regulatory bodies.Your Responsibilities
Manage and/or help to manage compliance-related activities and projects across various jurisdictions with specialization Brazil
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements – for example AML/Safer Gambling/Marketing and Technical Compliance
Work with regulatory bodies to maintain and renew licenses.
Conduct ongoing risk assessments/internal audits and ensure adequate controls are in place to mitigate risks.
Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices and ensure that the company's compliance practices remain up-to-date.What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. law, business, accounting, or finance).
Solid experience in a similar role within the online gambling industry.
In-depth knowledge of online gambling regulations and policies.
Experience managing compliance teams/projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Professional certification (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) would be an advantage.
