Job Description The brand is a multi-licensed operator seeking to recruit a Compliance Officer for the Brazilian operation. The role requires good knowledge of regulations and policies related to online gambling in Brazil, as well as experience managing compliance teams/projects and working with regulatory bodies. Your Responsibilities • Overlook Suspicious Transaction Reporting/Money Laundering Reporting within the Framework of the Brazilian AML laws • Manage and/or help to manage compliance-related activities and projects across various jurisdictions with specialization Brazil • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements – for example AML/Safer Gambling/Marketing and Technical Compliance • Work with regulatory bodies to maintain and renew licenses. • Conduct ongoing risk assessments/internal audits and ensure adequate controls are in place to mitigate risks. •Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices and ensure that the company's compliance practices remain up-to-date.
