The role requires good knowledge of regulations and policies related to online gambling in Brazil, as well as experience managing compliance teams/projects and working with regulatory bodies.Your Responsibilities:Overlook Suspicious Transaction Reporting/Money Laundering Reporting within the Framework of the Brazilian AML laws.Manage and/or help to manage compliance-related activities and projects across various jurisdictions with specialization in Brazil.Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements – for example AML/Safer Gambling/Marketing and Technical Compliance.Work with regulatory bodies to maintain and renew licenses.Conduct ongoing risk assessments/internal audits and ensure adequate controls are in place to mitigate risks.Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry best practices and ensure that the company's compliance practices remain up-to-date.What we are looking for:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. law, business, accounting, or finance).Solid 2-3 Years of experience in a similar role within the online gambling industry.In-depth knowledge of online gambling regulations and policies.Experience managing compliance teams/projects.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Professional certification (e.g. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) would be an advantage.Accountability and conscientiousness.What's in it for YOU?Excellent work environment.Attractive salary package (Starting at $15k BRL/month).Dynamic work.
