Kenvue is currently recruiting for STRATEGIC SOURCING SPECIALIST.
This position reports into STRATEGIC SOURCING MANAGER and is based at SÃO PAULO OR SÃO JOSÉ DOS CAMPOS.

**What will you do**
- Communicate objectives to staff and oversees department's performance against objectives, while managing the day-to-day operational and functional activities of the department;
- Develop the vision, strategy and implementation road map for the categories that will effectively meet the long-plan requirements of the business and deliver the maximum value for New Consumer Health;
- Understand long range requirements of the business partners and engage in strategic planning and partnering to ensure alignment;
- Closely monitor strategic suppliers' performance; developing deep supplier relationships with strategic suppliers, performance management and improvement of end-to-end value, while bringing innovation to the business;
- Actively engage with the Citizenship team to ensure roll out of Supplier Diversity and Supplier Sustainability targets in the region and across category
- Identify the volumes spent on products and services, specification details, current prices, and suppliers and which strategy better fits the type of service being sourced
- Develop and issue RFx based on sourcing strategy, conduct negotiations, evaluate proposals, and award contracts
- Strong engagement with stakeholders, regional and global team
- Understand and meet all the compliance requirements
- Lead activities to improve quality, process, cost, lead time, on time delivery, or any other actions defined by the management team
**Qualifications**
**What we are looking for**
**- **Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor degree: Business Administration, Economy, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or International Studies
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
- Languages: English (fluent), Spanish/Portuguese (native or high proficiency)
- Must have an agile mindset and way of work, good sense of urgency and prioritization;
- Be a self-starter/able to think outside the box and drive change based on costumer centricity mindset;
- Ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships internally/externally;
- Analytical skills and business acumen to perform data analyses and financials deliverables;
- Strong verbal and written communication skill with ability to have interface with all levels in the organization;
- Ability to work in individual deliverables and as a team player.
