**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities
- Provides e-Procurement System Support to internal users as initial point of contact and oversees import of invoices to e-Procurement system.
- Assists with reporting, analytics, design and implementation of upgrades, and processes onboarding and integrations
- Assists in training and answering questions for internal end-users and external suppliers.
- Maintains data integrity related to all Supplier Master activity in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, including financials related to payment data.
- Reviews requests for supplier additions/modifications to ensure they are in line with Global Sourcing and Supply Chain (GSSC) strategy. Collaborates with GSSC Managers to gain approval of additions/modifications.
- Processes new Business Partner profile request forms and addresses issues with profile set-up.
- Works directly with stakeholders - including GSSC team, individual plants, and suppliers - to implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborates with Information Technology team and Central Processing Center (CPC) to develop process and technology improvements with the goal of increasing accuracy of purchase order pricing, pricing tables, purchase order validation, and advanced shipment notices.
- May assist in deployment of electronic supplier invoicing with CPC.
- Assists in maintenance of direct/indirect supplier payment channel strategy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills
- Possesses a solid understanding of plant manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with others as part of a team and to work effectively independently.
- Possesses strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem solving skills.
- Takes initiative and demonstrates the ability to lead.
- Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills.
- Possesses excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and any other relevant software.
- Cross-cultural experience a plus.
