What you will be doing: Offer professional, consistent, friendly and engaging serviceEnsure inter-departmental communication and cooperation in the interest of better guest satisfactionProviding accurate information about activities and dining in the hotel and areaOffering assistance to all guests in making reservations and arrangements for travel, dining, special request and activitiesServe as a liaison for guests by providing information relating to all aspects of the hotelMaintain knowledge of the hotel's emergency proceduresMaintaining good working relations with local businesses, restaurants and other hotel departmentsComply with all department policies, procedures, and service standardsFollow and proactively promote all health and safety policies and initiativesPerforming general office dutiesOther reasonable duties as assigned???????? Previous experience in a similar environment will be an assetMust possess outstanding guest service skills, including professional verbal communication skillsGood computer literacy (experience using Property Manager System preferred, and proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel)Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible and reliable, demonstrating initiative as requiredProven ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, team-based environmentAbility to meet the physical requirements of the role, including:
