Job Details
Key Role Objectives:
Organizing and delivering several 1h roundtable discussions in either a face-to-face or hybrid format;
Develop and maintain ameaningful understanding of the different markets in UK;
Building relationships with investors in those markets looking at any asset class/sector required;
Researching of topics, speaking to appropriate contacts in the industry, developing substantive agendas for the designated Committee;
Sending invitations to speakers and moderators, confirmation of all details, working closely with other colleagues in the team with regards to the organization of panels and website/platform updates, etc;
Day-to-day management of the events and groups related to the committees;
Leading virtual meetings and ensuring the smooth running of all events;
Post-conference completion, including detailed wash-ups and post-show reports for internal and external stakeholders;
Developing new ideas and suggestions for new formats, and invigorating existing events that you may be working on;
Closely liaise with the marketing and design teams to promote and drive members' attendance at all events and derive new memberships from sessions for which you are responsible.
**Requirements**:
Fluency in written and spoken English;
Excellent writing and communication skills;
A 4-year university degree or equivalent (a degree in economics and/or journalism is preferred);
Superior computer literacy, creative and up-to-date with current technology;
Organizational Skills;
Ability to work effectively with a multicultural team and people at all levels in an organization
