**ROLE PURPOSE**
- Provides expert advice to contribute to SBM's competitive advantage by actively controlling and advising your Business stakeholders. While doing so, you embody the SBM Values.
- Review and endorse the business financials, and interpret and analyze financial issues and their impact on various aspects of the business
- Analyze, monitor and/or report on factors influencing business performance for decision making or planning for future events
- Manage planning and progress measurement activities in liaison with the planning manager
- Manage country risks & opportunities in liaison with the group risk and internal control manager
- Responsible for a true and fair representation of the company's financial indicators with the support of the rest Finance solution team.
- Provides advice, offer ideas, insights and recommendations and participate in specific projects as an expert in your respective expertise area. You advise & challenge the business on risks and opportunities that may arise as a result of intended decisions.
- Advises of alternatives/ solutions and therefore ensure balanced decisions are being made.
- Contributes to promote and embed strong leadership, positive behavior and culture within your remit.
- Manage, coordinate and supervise the activities and performance of the team
**JOB REQUIREMENS**
- Master´s degree completed.
- Fluent English proficiency.
- Solid experience in cost management and FP&A
- Experience in Project Control Management is appreciated
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Solid experience managing large teams.
