**RESUME MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH** Responsibilities: Develop and maintain configuration management plans containing processes, procedures, and tools to be used throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement and manage version control systems to track changes to software artifacts, ensuring proper versioning and configuration identification.
Establish baselines (BL) for software releases, configurations, and associated documentation, and manage changes to baselines throughout the project.
Doors BL, SVN BL, CMS generation and folder structure creation.
Define and maintain a configuration identification scheme to uniquely identify software items and their relationships within the project.
Establish mechanisms for recording and reporting the status of software configurations, including changes, approvals, and baselines in Weekly status reports.
Prepare and participate in periodic internal/external audits to ensure compliance with configuration management processes and standards, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
Evaluate, select, and administer configuration management tools and systems to support project requirements effectively.
(SVN, KAP etc.)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment and consistency in configuration management practices.
Continuously assess and improve configuration management processes, tools, and workflow to enhance efficiency, quality, and compliance with ASPICE standards.
Develop and implement an archiving strategy to ensure long-term retention and reproducibility and accessibility of historical software configurations and baselines.
Define access controls and permissions considering the accessibility and security needs.
Conduct regular checks to ensure integrity.
Implement and maintain the branching strategy to enable parallel development across SP18, SP21 and SP21P (inter and intra service packs).
Also keep overview of Overheads in efforts caused by the parallel development.
Requirements: Bachelor's/ master's degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in configuration management tools (e.g., Git, SVN, Jenkins, JIRA).
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
