Visual & Multimedia Designer
to join our team.
This role complements our existing design capabilities by focusing on crafting visually compelling designs for digital channels, producing video content, and managing multiple projects in an agile environment.
You are a great fit if you have more than 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of digital and motion design projects.
You should be proficient in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, have working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics, with a strategic mindset with attention to detail.
As well as having excellent Spanish and English.

This is a remote position and the candidate must be based in Brasil.
What You Will Be Doing:
Marketing Collaterals
Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including banners, emails, and visuals for social media, paid media and websites.
Develop materials for both online and offline channels, including brochures, infographics, and digital advertisements.
Transform simple PowerPoint slides into dynamic, visually attractive presentations that align with our brand identity and messaging.
Create engaging materials that effectively communicate the value of our SaaS platform.
Brand Identity
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
Design and refine visual elements such as logos, icons, and imagery to strengthen our brand presence.
Video Editing and Motion Graphics
Produce and edit videos for product marketing, customer testimonials, and campaign storytelling.
Create motion graphics and animated content that effectively communicate key messages.
Design Project Coordination
Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
Collaborate closely with other teams to deliver innovative design solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Adapt quickly to changes and execute tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
The Experience We Are Looking For
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing static and motion design projects.
Solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Experience in both digital and print design, with attention to detail and high standards in delivering final artwork.
Working knowledge of video editing and motion graphics, with the ability to create animated and engaging content when needed.
Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving skills to align designs with business objectives.
Experience managing multiple projects in an agile environment, with excellent prioritization and deadline management.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
