Reporting to the Construction Director/Senior planners within Brasil, participate in the coordination, evaluation, planning, tracking, controlling, and reporting of project schedules assigned within corporate guidelines and with the objective of meeting service levels required; revenue, cash, budget, internal KPI (Measure and control timeline deviation in execution phase between the contractual plan and the actual plan according the progress achievements).
Assisting the Project Managers tracking main deviations in the various business commodities (EXW, Transport, Installation, Commissioning, TOC, etc.)
- Create, maintain and progress the overall resource portfolio, scheduled into SAP and PRIMAVERA.
Ensure that all individual schedules generated for a project are fully integrated and resources-loaded in order to ensure the accuracy of projects requirements.
- Check and update Manufacturing Production Plans to align project execution with manufacturing capacity.
- Obtain data on project progress, logistic plans plan and manpower from Project Manager, contractors or other projects/plant personnel.
Review and validate expected milestone dates on new projects providing support in the setting of the targets as required.
- Assist the project managers and the Project Director on scheduling issues as opportunities/risks arises.
- Provide support in the analysis/monitoring of budget according to contract previsions (resource allocations, timetables, tools, materials, etc.)
in order to optimise costs.
- Create Project Reports to assist the project Manager regarding Internal or External (customer) reports.
**Qualifications**
Superior education regarding Project Planning (Engineering/other degree not required).
Professional experience in similar position ("Técnico Planejamento"), experience in Wind energy would be an additional advantage but not mandatory.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
IT: Excell, Microsoft Project and PRIMAVERA knowledge
