Coordinate with contractors, architects, and engineers to meet project deadlines and comply with regulations. Monitor project milestones and ensure smooth project execution. Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks such as contract drafting and document management. Provide support to the accounting team for tax filings, payroll, and invoice management. Communication Management: Act as the point of contact for various stakeholders including city officials, contractors, and clients. Ensure smooth communication flow between team members and external partners. Required Experience and Qualifications: Experience in construction project management or architecture. Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and communication streams. Fluent in both written and spoken English. Preferred Skills: Experience with property management software and MLS platforms. Familiarity with city regulations for construction permitting.
