Construction Project Manager

PLACE OF WORK: Luanda & Provinces, AngolaLanguages: English and PortugueseCOMPANY: Reputable & Well Established CompanyOur client has various projects starting now involving construction and renovation of public sector buildings for different ministries, some in Luanda and some in the different provinces.Our client is an IT company and has no experience in construction and civil engineering, so they need a PM that will manage all aspects of construction:Analyzing customer needsSurvey of the sitesDefining SOW and BOMEngaging local/international contractors to carry out the workManaging subcontractors and supervising the workManaging budget and scheduleHanding over the sites to customersJob Requirements (mandatory):Languages: Portuguese & English mandatoryManage and lead Projects of Housing, Public Buildings, and Infrastructures constructionSkills Requirements:Very knowledgeable and experienced in his areaWorking independently but reporting to managersAttention to detail while seeing the broad pictureGood interpersonal skills - will have many interfaces with suppliers, customers, and peersExperience in managing and working within budget and tight schedulesFlexible and a problem solverGood experience with office tools (Word, Excel, PPT)Experienced in working in Angola/AfricaTipo de vaga: Tempo integralPergunta(s) de seleção:Tem experiência em Angola e/ou África?Tem experiência com Obras Grandes, como Estádios de Futebol, Aeroportos, Hotéis Grandes, Bairros Grandes?Idioma:Inglês, qual nível (obrigatório)
