Job Purpose:The Retail Consumer Digital Program Manager provides partner support to enhance and develop digital presence selling Microsoft's consumer product portfolio. In this role, the PM will analyze retailers' websites to find opportunities to improve product promotion for consumers, in addition to managing SKU creation, inventory and sales reporting. This opportunity is on Bloom's Outsourced Team supporting Retail Services in the Americas through June 2025 with possible opportunity to extend.Geographic Location: LATAMSupporting the following Geographies: Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and other countries in LATAMLanguage Preference: Spanish and Portuguese primary, English secondaryKey responsibilities:Digital Content Priorities: Work closely with client and Distributors to define and deliver priorities related to landing programs with these partners in region.Digital Content Analysis: Collect, synthesize and report data across the region from Distributors through data sources. Includes: SKU creation status, SKU delist status, artwork adherence, and approval status.Digital Content Inventory & Sales Reports: Collect, synthesize and report data across the region from Distributors thru data sources regarding product inventory, production order status and existing reports.Digital Content Assets Support: Support and communicate effective and accurate execution of e-commerce product detail page experience with key eDistributor partners. Work closely with regional agency and teams to develop and localize assets which may include Banners, Campaign Assets, Landing Pages, Brand Stores, and more. Share digital assets to help improve websites and support distribution of these assets.Digital Content Technical Support: Collect data across the region from eDisties related to SKU redeem, tests and activation errors, supporting full execution and resolution.Reporting: Collaborate with analytics team to ensure correct reporting for ecommerce KPIs.Skills and Competencies:Excellent writing and visual communication skills.Ability to work in a team and under pressure.Attention to detail and organizational ability.Proactivity and autonomy in project management.Knowledge of e-commerce landscape and digital marketing trends.Experience working with Excel reports, data analytics tools, and dashboards.Business proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish.
