Consultant – Financial Institutions (Mid-Level)

ERM is seeking a Consultant – Financial Institutions (mid-level) to join our Sustainable Finance team in Brazil .At ERM we know that creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment is an essential part of making our company a great place to build a career.Responsibilities:Play a leading technical role in delivering ESG advice to financial institutions.Manage workstreams or smaller projects, reporting internally to Team Leaders and Partners and externally to client representatives.Execute complex technical tasks within client projects.Lead meetings and presentations to clients.Write technical reports and prepare executive presentations.Guide analysts and researchers and review their deliverables.Contribute with improvement of methodologies and approaches of service offerings.Requirements:At least 2 years of experience in a consulting role delivering technical ESG projects to financial institutions OR 4 years of experience in the sustainability or ESG risk function of a financial institution.Strong knowledge of ESG factors and ESG frameworks for the financial sector, such as PRB, PCAF, ESMS, Impact Management, IFC PS, BCB norms.Familiarity with financial markets and financial instruments.Excellent writing skills in Portuguese.Advanced level of English required; fluency desired to join international projects.Advanced user of the MS Office suite, mainly PowerPoint and Excel; Power BI and other data visualization software are a plus.Academic background in engineering, business or economic fields; post-graduation in ESG related disciplines is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
