Softtek is the creator and a leader of the nearshore industry.Responsibilities Perform comprehensive process analysis, as part of a team, documenting the current state and to-be business process design.Work with the ABAP team, staying abreast of the current state of the submitted ticket.Maintain awareness of short- and long-term needs in the assigned area of responsibility.Develop the scope definition for changes and service requests or BAU activities.Develop functional specifications for bespoke development activities.Configure/apply software systems to meet defined project objectives, in accordance with the scope document and/or functional specifications.Perform unit and integration testing of all new developments and changes to software systems in the assigned area of responsibility.Requirements Experience in troubleshooting, L1 L2 support, consulting, and documentation.Experience setting up and managing sales orders, from creation to delivery.Extensive experience in systems analysis.Conditions Pet-friendly: Pets are welcome at the premises.Flexible hours: Flexible schedule and freedom for attending family needs or personal errands.Computer provided: Softtek provides a computer for your work.Informal dress code: No dress code is enforced.Locally remote only: Position is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in Colombia.#J-18808-Ljbffr
