Consulting Country Manager(Saas, Salesforce) - São Paulo / Rio De Janeiro, Brazil - Remote

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in consulting, SaaS solutions, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
), including project management, implementation, and customization.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven track record of building and growing successful teams.
• Deep understanding of the Brazilian business landscape and market dynamics.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and manage complex client engagements.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to travel as needed within Brazil and internationally.
Preferred Skills: • Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant).
• Experience with other cloud platforms or complementary technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Experience in business transformation or digital transformation projects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to work independently and take initiative.
