.Tecnoalfa is looking for a IT SAP Business Analyst – Commercial Agreement Management and Pricing consultant to join the Global EBS (Enterprise Business Solutions) team and make an impact within our Cliente. This person will lead development and deployment work related to the SAP SD modules and process design. What You Will Do:Actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, Go Live and Hypercare of our client's SAP Global Template and localization implementation project in Chile.Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with our internal customers in this region (supported by the EBS Commercial workstream Lead).Providing a creative source of ideas/solutions to address solution gaps and issues identified during Solution Confirmation workshopsGet involved and ensure standard SAP solution usage and be able to provide workarounds where required and not supported by the existing Global Template based on business scenariosCustomize/Configure SAP landscape while developing complex requirements for process or system solutions within the business domain leveraging multiple business requirements gathering methodologies to identify business, functional, and non-functional requirementsMaintain expert product knowledge using an analytical approach to identifying opportunities for enhancementsDevelop and execute plans and organize work to ensure efficient delivery of results to meet business expectationsOther Interpersonal Skills / Attributes:Fluent in Portuguese (strongly preferred) and / or Spanish and English, both spoken with a strong business and written acumen level.Strong conceptual and practical experience in partnering with business capability counterparts to enable effective partnership and bridge technical solutioning against local process requirements.Experience in leading Solution Confirmation workshops. Use existing global template processes and helping to articulate with the business what will and will not fit as part of fit/gap development, change impacts, key business and data risks.Effective problem-solving skills…can develop a strong problem statement which will resonate with both their business partners bottoms up and with leadership top down. Must understand the difference between those two concepts.Must have a proactive and highly engaged approach in their working with business counterparts (we operate our deployment workstream teams using a two in the box approach…one technical, one business for each process area with the associated / respective capability up to the workstream leaders).We engage with the business as a strong partnership, not an IT v Business (us and them) relationship approach. The candidate must bring a personality which embodies a strong desire to drive success for the entire team. Other RequirementsIs able and willing to travel up to two weeks at a time at multiple points throughout the engagement (four to five potential events throughout the deployment)
