Job Description
O Consultor Técnico I tem como objetivo prover suporte técnico em campo aos clientes da Olympus aplicando estratégias definidas pela alta direção para aumentar a satisfação dos clientes em relação aos serviços realizados, contribuindo para o aumento da participação de mercado (Market Share) e maior disponibilidade dos equipamentos para nossos clientes.
Suportar as demais áreas de negócio quando da solicitação de suporte técnico a eventos em geral.
Job Duties
Realizar instalação, instrução de uso, limpeza e desinfecção de toda a linha de equipamentos de endoscopia e cirurgia de acordo com os requisitos preconizados no manual do fabricante e procedimentos internos.
Atuar diretamente e/ou em parceria com os clientes e representantes de vendas provendo manutenções preventivas e corretivas aos clientes para aumentar o nível de satisfação
Diagnosticar problemas dos equipamentos através de inspeções e identificação da causa raiz e realizar instruções aos clientes em relação à limpeza e desinfecção dos aparelhos, garantindo que o equipamento seja manipulado de acordo com os padrões preconizados no manual do fabricante e procedimentos internos.
Prover acompanhamento técnico pertinente à área de negócios antecipando as necessidades dos clientes, acompanhando os reparos corretivos e preventivos, atuando como principal interlocutor nos assuntos de pós venda.
Manter relacionamento com os principais tomadores de decisão (exemplo: Enfermeiros, Médicos, Gerente de compras) e prestar apoio aos requisitos de serviços de endoscópios contribuindo para o crescimento do negócio.
Elaborar, agendar e controlar relatórios periódicos de desempenho do contrato com relação aos serviços realizados ao longo do tempo.
Suportar as áreas de Venda, Marketing e de Educação nos respectivos eventos, tais como Congressos, Grants, Hands on, etc.
Suportar a gerência da área através de envio de informações ou outras atividades periodicamente, garantindo a melhoria da performance da área.
Job Requirements
Formação: Curso técnico completo em Eletrônica, Eletroeletrônica ou Mecânica.
Experiência: atendimento a clientes da área médica em campo. Conhecimento técnico em reparo de equipamentos médicos.
Idioma: Desejável inglês intermediário
Excel e Power Point em nível intermediário
