**What you'll do**:
As a Consumer Data Analyst, you will support the Consumer Data Supervisor for Latin America, acting as a liaison between Global Consumer Data and local teams and taking charge of prioritization of use cases in order to create an effortless consumer journey through the use of consumer data.

In detail, you will:
- Support the Consumer Data structure with analysis processes and CRM 360 initiatives;
- Work closely with Consumer Data Supervisor, IT Data Engineering team and Data Scientists to define priorities and generate value through the use of data;
- Contribute to consumer data global discussions and initiatives;
- Define business requirement use cases alongside business stakeholders (e. g. CRM, E-Commerce, Consumer Care and Media areas);
- Provide data visualization and analytics models in order to enable and measure touchpoints, including life-time value, clustering and buying propension;
- Collaborate with platform teams, data engineers in core systems and data scientists for advanced analytics use cases.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/C2W).
Who you are:
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science or related areas;
- Experience with data science and/or analytics projects within the areas of Marketing, IT or Digital Media;
- Experience with SQL;
- Experience working in Agile teams as Product Owner;
- Experience with R/Python and CRM systems is a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI (DAX language, Data preparation, Debugging, etc.
);
- Knowledge of data structures and database technologies;
- Knowledge of Statistics;
- Intermediate English.
