**We are searching the best talent for Demand Planning Manager to be in São Paulo - Brazil.

**Purpose**:
The Demand Planning Manager will be responsible for the leadership of S&OP | IBP (Integrated business planning) process for all Consumer Health Franchises to focus on mid | long term strategy, be part of Commercial & Supply Chain SQUADs and lead Demand Planning Brazil team.
This professional will report for the Demand Planning Director.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Lead S&OP | IBP process for all Consumer Health Brands in Brazil supporting driving decisions, anticipating risks, and finding opportunities to cover gaps focusing on rentability
- Interact with a multifunctional team to capture plans, trends, and market events to define and influence forecast at SKU/ DC level.
- Manage and optimize the inventory quality, driving actions to avoid and reducing slob/write-off.
- Guarantee forecast accuracy (MAPE) and service level (NPO/OTIF), by tracking performance, identifying risks and driving actions.
- Lead Demand planning team acting as servant leader to support their development promoting key experiences and capabilities
- Support Global Planning Excellence team to find new ways of working to attend business needs in terms of digital transformation and behavior
- Lead pilot with Global Planning team to keep IBP journey for Brazil connecting local and global expectations
- Support Production planning on mid/long term capacity analysis, providing info and prioritization when needed
- Connect with In Market team to connect supply constraint on short term and bring visibility to Commercial team to find alternatives to mitigate risks.
**Qualifications**
Required
- University Bachelor's Degree (Economy, Business Administration, Engineering or related) is required.
- 8+ Years Of General Business Experience (Focus on experience operating IBP/S&OP process or related areas as Commercial strategy, finance, sales operation)
- Relevant skills for this position: Great communication, attention to details, lead by influence, resilience, pro-active / positive behavior, team work and hands-on (multi-tasking and problem-solving skills)
- Experience in leading people
- Advanced Level Of Excel & Power Point
- Advanced Level Of English
Desirable
- Previous experience leading S&OP
- Masters Of Business Administration (MBA)
- Advanced Level Of Spanish.
- Training And/Or Certification APICS |IBF Certification.
- A Minimum Of 2 Years' experience with SAP APO, OMP or Similar ERP
