What you'll do: As a Consumer Insights & Analytics Sr Manager at Electrolux, you will successfully lead the Consumer Insights team to lead the activities within Product Lines (product & service development) concerning Consumer Insights, Innovation methodologies, Marketing Comms and Costumer experience You will be expected to take a leadership position to ensure that Product Lines priorities, processes, KPI's and the strategic and operational plans are aligned with overall Group and LATAM business plans.
In detail, you will:
Be responsible for the Consumer Insights team and budget.
Feed Product, R&D, Marketing and Design teams with unique, relevant insights.
Partner with the various Product Line leaders to guide them on using research to make better business decisions.
Execution of insights across the LATAM organization and be a driver for consumer centricity.
Partner with Global Insights to ensure an integrated learning plan that does not duplicated learnings but integrates the uniqueness of brand and the LATAM consumers.
Take an active role in transforming our business into a data-driven organization where decisions are made using high quality, relevant and actionable data with the consumer needs in mind. Act as the thought leader within the area of consumer & marketing insights and consumer behaviour, supporting the business.
Lead and oversee the prioritization, planning, and execution of strategic and operational work across the spectrum of projects and ongoing activities within the teams (Strategy, Brand, Communication, Product and Service Development).
Ensure "best in class" quality of primary and secondary consumer research (including a mix of continuous tracking studies and AdHoc research) and manage agency relationships at strategic and operational level.
As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities.
Who you are: You have:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business or Marketing is required and MBA is preferred.
Knowledge of Consumer Insights and Innovation experience with proven success for concepts launched in market.
Knowledge of brand management.
Experience in product management, or marketing leadership.
Experience in using market research to make better business decisions.
Knowledge and experience with Design Thinking processes and methods (theory and practice).
Experience in hiring projects for Trends and Future thinking.
Experience managing teams and demonstrated leadership both with direct reports and within a cross-matrix organization.
Fluent English.
Advanced Spanish.
Solid experience using Microsoft suite including but not limited to PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
