Specifically, you will have the ownership of working together with the key core brands across the world to understand their current performance, opportunities, and helping them build stronger results. Additionally, you will also be responsible for working with the global innovation team to support them on specific projects across different innovation platforms that are being developed. You have a strong understanding of how to unpack consumer needs, the underlying insights to support brand and innovation growth. You have strong exposure to working with big brands, identifying core consumer audiences, their passion points, needs, triggers, and barriers to support brand growth through innovation, renovation, positioning, and execution pillars. You have a strong understanding of foundational insights tools across pillars including positioning, communications, creative development, innovation, renovation, brand tracking, brand analytics, and performance measurement.To succeed in this role, you'll operate with an agile mindset, looking for pragmatic and effective ways to answer pressing business questions. You must be comfortable working with different kinds of datasets, managing vendors and internal data & analytics providers, guiding the work of others, and interacting with senior leadership on complex problems.What you'll do:Provide consumer insight-driven recommendations for business decisionsDevelop and execute learning plan priorities for areas of focusAnalyze different sets of research and commercial data to identify and distill insights to support business decisions and strategic plans for our brandsManage/supervise the design, execution, analysis, and recommendation of insight and analytics projects/initiatives to drive business decisionsManage relationships with external research agencies and leverage external insights resources, capabilities, and expertise in order to best serve business requirementsWhat You'll Need:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldsRelevant experience in consumer insights, market research, business intelligence, and analytics or other related fieldsExperienced in primary (qual & quant) & secondary research design & executionProven expertise in insights tools & methodologies across performance management, brand tracking, communication, innovation, renovation, and positioning developmentStrong business acumen with an analytical and problem-solving mindsetExcellent communication and collaboration/stakeholder management skillsSelf-motivated, detail-oriented, with the ability to manage and prioritize between a diverse array of tasks on tight timelinesAI & Digital/Technology experience is a plusWhat We Offer:Performance-based bonus*Attendance Bonus*Casual office and dress codeDays off*Health, dental, and life insuranceDiscounts on Ambev products*School materials assuranceLanguage and training platformsEqual Opportunity & Affirmative Action:AB InBev Growth Group is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
