Office- Full-time- Senior- We are expanding our Marketing department and we're looking for an experienced Consumer Research Manager to join our team! In this position you will lead diverse research projects within different Latin America countries, and contribute to the development of the business in the region.**Responsibilities**:
- What you will do:
- Be part of the regional LatAm team and make sure ongoing projects are operated on time and with the expected quality
- Conduct ad-hoc research projects on brand metrics, user profiles, U&As, and publicity pretests, among others.
- Work closely with the Go-to-market managers from LatAm team to understand their needs and propose research scope and methodologies
- Conduct desk research on LatAm markets and brands
- Conduct in-depth interviews with drivers, couriers, cargo truckers, or passengers when needed or also moderation of focus groups
- Collaboration with the marketing analytics team to provide a holistic overview of the market trends and opportunities
- Production of insightful reports, socializing them through formal presentations or workshops to deliver actionable next steps for stakeholders
- Manage relationship with vendors, contracts, POs, and others
**Qualifications**:
- What we expect from you:
- At least 5 years of experience in consumer research leading quantitative projects (Brand health trackers, NPS surveys, pretests, MaxDiff, Choice-based modeling, etc)
- Agency Market Research experience of at least 2 years
- Basic knowledge of qualitative research (ethnographics, in-depth interviews, focus groups).
- Proficient survey design skills
- Ability to manage medium/large data sets in Excel using Pivot tables
- Proven expertise in producing insightful reports and socializing them with more senior audiences
- Excellent English level
- Knowledge of R or Python programming languages
- Experience with Tableau or Power Bi
- General understanding of South American Markets (Brazil, Chile, Peru, among others)
- Advanced English level
- Advanced Spanish level
**Preferred Qualifications**:
