Position Summary The Regional Content Manager will join Nestlé Integrated Marketing Services in Content Services' team focusing on the Coffee Category, more specifically the NESCAFÉ brand. Leading and deploying across the region the Coffee Content Operating Model in partnership with the Strategic Business Unit (SBU), Markets and the Zone. Leading the central content agency roster which will deliver the content transformation journey of NESCAFÉ by enabling the activation of the 'Always-On Café' our centralised Production, Localisation and Deployment solution for markets. The Regional Content Manager is the SPOC for Markets capturing their demand and creating an annual Content Production and Delivery plan (E.g., Creation, Adaptation.)
A day in the life of... Acting as the local market champion for content demand in LATAM, building a regional landscape fit for business needs. Lives and breathes the category/Brands, understands it brilliantly and can act as a brand champion for the region. Lives and breathes the Strategic Content Territories across Coffee, specialised in Nescafé. Responsible for the deployment and activation of the Always-On Café, Content Operating Model for respective region. Develops annual content plan, based on market needs, search input, SEO and previous performance insights. Responsible for creation of content in-line with the annual content plan for the region. (Briefing, Approval, Deployment, Reporting). Coordinate regional projects and needs, from the planning to the implementation, aligning with Global and Regional SPOCs for synergies and identifies opportunities to reduce waste in the content operating model. Accountable to manage the workflows and processes required to develop, deploy and report on content in the region. Run Regular Operational reviews with internal and external teams & partners to track Service Delivery to spot improvement opportunities and guarantee SLAs. Lead periodic meetings with Business/Market to strengthen relationship, seek new opportunities and grow the account. What will make you successful At least 5 years' experience in Marketing and/or Brand management, Content/Digital account management Great knowledge of Digital Content Production and Lifecycle Good knowledge of Branding and Content identity Strong relationship management skills Previous experience on end-to-end campaign management & production Working in a international brands and multi-cultural settings Working in a corporate and multi-cultural setting Creative/Media/advertising Agency experience is a plus (not dismissive) Content Account Manager IMS -Integrated Marketing Services/ Content Service Manager Available Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00.
