You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing content ( sports & gaming ) for our brands on CILA (Canada, Iberia and Latin America, with focus on Brazil, ensuring that the most relevant information – key sport events, casino launches, etc. – is communicated. Your work schedule will match with Brazilian leagues events, during the evening in Brazil, as well as on weekends. An analytical mindset, together with attention to detail and copywriting skills , will be critical to thrive in this role. We expect you to be data-driven, proactive, and have good interpersonal communication skills both in Portuguese and English (Spanish is a plus). Key responsibilities Maintain and optimize the different websites' modules to ensure that the most relevant information is always displayed to our customers. Make content decisions together with the Content Manager, in partnership with Sports and Gaming Teams, based on the performance of website lobbies (sports and gaming ones). Monitor the most betted sports events/competitions and Casino games; use the data for content planning. Keep track of the content during the sports events to ensure they are displayed as planned. Suggest new offers based on previous events and customer behavior. Assure that the content displayed on the websites has no typos or incorrections of any kind. Provide a seamless user experience across the websites. Create landing pages for different purposes. Daily translations from English to Portuguese, and from English to Spanish. Specialist skills and experience Essential: Native Brazilian, with a deep knowledge on Brazilian culture and sports. Degree educated (preferably Marketing, Communication or Management) Able to analyze data and make decisions based on it. Capable of working from home independently and autonomously. Ready to work on evenings and weekends. Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills. Experience in working with CMS tools. Good knowledge of the Office package. Basic knowledge of HTML and Design. English proficiency. Genuine passion and in-depth knowledge of a variety of sports, especially football. Able to constantly switch between operational and creative tasks. Attention to detail. Highly organized, with the ability to plan and prioritize. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 5-7 years related experience Desired: Spanish proficiency Previous experience in content creation/edition roles. Previous experience with Monday and Sitecore. Experience in the sports betting and gaming industry. Basic knowledge about Casino.
