Job descriptionAs a Content Librarian at Ivoire, you will play a pivotal role in managing and organizing digital content within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Collaborating closely with both the internal team and the client, you will be tasked with auditing, documenting, and accurately tagging marketing campaign-related assets to ensure seamless accessibility and efficient organization. This position demands exceptional attention to detail and a collaborative mindset to optimize asset management workflows and support strategic marketing efforts.Main responsibilitiesGain access to relevant systems, including the DAM and other platforms, to manage content.Review provided lists of marketing campaigns and related materials/content.Audit and document marketing content, identifying assets already stored in the DAM and locating others scattered across various repositories.Create an inventory of all relevant campaign-related content for the designated division.Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure that all identified content is properly organized, tagged, and stored in the DAM.Provide regular updates and reports on content organization progress and ensure alignment with digital asset standards and guidelines.Requirements and skillsExperience with Digital Asset Management systems (e.g., Adobe Assets or similar platforms).Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with marketing campaigns and related content workflows.Proficiency with SharePoint and other content storage solutions.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience in auditing and cataloging content is a plus.
