**A Hybrid working model**
Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. **What does a Content Manager do at Hogarth?**
The Content Manager plays a vital role in the successful running of activities alongside the Content Management Team by providing impeccable management of content inside the CMS, while interacting with clients and the internal team and developing new skills.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Perform content upload to CMS according to global customer's requests.
- Update, add, remove and find content inside the platform.
- Perform site-building (Construction of landing pages).
- Organize files (images, excel sheets, PSDs, PDFs).
- Participate in CMS training and documentation.
- Interact through Agile tools such as JIRA and Workfront.
- Share CMS knowledge with the team.
**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**
This role reports to the Content Management Lead in Brazil.
You will work close to the Content Strategy, Project Management and Technology teams.
**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**
- Advanced English Level.
- Previous experience with CMS, such as Drupal, AEM, Sitecore, Umbraco or WordPress.
- Versed with Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Performance in agile methodologies: Scrum/Kanban.
- Knowledge of organization and planning methods, as well as tools like Jira.
- Being familiar with HTML.
