Our client creates founder-led content for executives to use on and Youtube.
They work directly with founders to record the content and create video and written posts on their behalf.
They need a Marketing Coordinator to help their growing company.
This person will help manage projects and coordinate between internal teams like designers and copywriters.
Need to have qualifications: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with Monday.com or similar project management tools.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Nice to have qualifications: Experience in a client-facing role.
Experience working in a team coordination capacity.
Familiarity with process improvement techniques in project management.
Responsibilities: Maintain and update client projects within Monday.com, ensuring accurate submission, prioritization, and tracking of all tasks.
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, managing communication via email and addressing client requests promptly.
Oversee the project management board, including setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
Coordinate tasks between copywriters and designers to ensure all project components align with client expectations.
Generate and share regular updates and reports on project status, highlighting potential risks or delays.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
Assist clients with questions or issues related to their projects, providing timely responses.
Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency and client satisfaction.
