Job Description:  We're looking for a dedicated Content Moderator to help maintain the online integrity of the platforms we manage. This role is crucial in ensuring that our digital spaces are safe, respectful, and positive. Responsibilities: Monitor and moderate user-generated content/feedback on our platforms to ensure it complies with Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Respond to user inquiries and escalate issues as necessary. Collaborate with our team to improve moderation policies and procedures. Qualifications: Strong communication skills in English and Portuguese. Must be based in Sao Paulo or able to commute to it. Ability to work flexible hours. Experience in content moderation is a plus.
