The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, is a master of the compliance plus content available to our customers and is knowledgeable on the best practices for implementing compliance training programs within the Latin American market. This role will conduct research, develop documentation and support the revenue teams with answering customer questions about compliance content through email, phone, and video calls.
Responsibilities: Perform market analysis for compliance content and products related to compliance training to be reported on a quarterly basis to courseware and marketing teamsPerform reviews of new content each month and updates to recommended training content documentation for US and international clientsReview and communicate top used and rated modules as well as best practices for implementing large scale learning plans using KnowBe4's Compliance Plus contentMake recommendations on policies and proceduresReview quarterly customer feedback with regard to topics and quality of content from users including requests for new topics and communicates this back to the publishers to help inform roadmapsProvide training and guidance to KnowBe4 staff/contractors who produce content in other languages and/or are localizing contentThink globally and stay attune with compliance law updates, and cultural expectations of content globally as well as translations available for customersContribute to continual improvement of our processes, quality and efficiency as we growProvide direction and recommendations for internal compliance training initiativesReview marketing materials and provide direction and recommendations for content and copyConsult on processes and procedures related to maintenance of compliance content to help ensure it is up-to-date with current lawRequirements: Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Law/Paralegal, or related field/experienceExcellent communication skills - both written and verbal and visualExperience with compliance training a plusExperience working in a compliance department a plusExperience with development and updating documentationExperience advising clients on learning plansExperience with translations a plusExperience with project management softwareExperience with Gmail and Google DocsExperience with MS Office (Word and Excel)Experience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)Strong verbal and written communicationsFluent in Spanish and EnglishExcellent time management and organization skillsStrong active listening skillsExcellent customer service and needs analysis skills
