Here's how you'll shine as our Content Strategist in Brazil :Set the Strategy : Develop and own our posting strategy across our markets, targeting a minimum 15% engagement rate on content within six months.Content Calendar Boss : Keep our weekly LinkedIn posts, blogs, and customer articles on track and aligned with Topsort's marketing goals.Lights, Camera, Action!
: Create and post at least two short-form videos weekly on LinkedIn, tracking metrics and optimizing content based on performance.Data-Driven Wizardry : Dive into analytics to refine strategies and ensure our content delivers results.Collaborator Guru : Work closely with sales and product teams to craft killer sales enablement materials and regionalized documentation.Industry Connector : Build relationships with regional influencers and media outlets to amplify our voice.Event Powerhouse : Develop promotional content for Brazil-specific events, webinars, and campaigns.What You Bring We're looking for a superstar who's ready to make an impact:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (with excellent grades).3+ years in content strategy, ideally in SaaS or tech.Strong understanding of SEO and content optimization.Experience with CMS, analytics tools, and social media platforms.Deep understanding of Brazilian cultural nuances and consumer behavior.Excited to be on camera —bonus points if you already create content!Be energized by the thought of talking to large audiences and making an impact with Topsort!What is it like to work at Topsort?
