Continuous Improvement Cbs

Your tasks

Support fullfillment of CBS roadmap through conducting CBS projects in assigned area of responsibility;
Ensuring the achievement of Maturity Model Assessment and Gemba Evaluation within the area;
Conduct and support CBS Projects / workshops in assigned area of responsibility in alignment with CBS Supervisor and Area Manager;
Identify CBS opportunities within the area of responsibility;
Promote CBS culture within the area of responsibility and in ADM areas;
Use best practice examples and lessons learned for continuous improvement of driving CBS projects

**Profile**:
Ideally bachelor degree in Business Administration or Engineering or comparable professional training and experience

Professional with experience

**Offer**:
Experience as project management

Yellow Belt or Green Belt Certification
