We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to join our team in our plant in Brazil (Sete Lagoas/MG) .
The chosen candidate will be responsible for executes the assigned project activities and is responsible for their accurate and timely completion, dealing effectively with process mapping, assessment and reengineering.
Addresses the project plan and results, collects project information and builds reports for the manager above.
Coordinates low and medium complexity projects, having the responsibility of project execution and monitoring.
Activities Responsible for Continuous Improvement Department, coordinating multifunctional and interdisciplinary teams that will analysis the chronic problems that affect the company's results.
Identifies the root causes of problems, prepares and coordinates actions to reduce or eliminate problems that affect results, improve equipment and training employees.
Integration with other companies in the group located abroad, sharing and applying the group's best practices.
Development, coordination and application with the HR area of training and initiatives related to the management skills necessary to implement continuous improvement tools.
Coordination of Internal Audits / Approval of Procedures / Improvement of Program Documentation and topics related to continuous improvement.
Preparation and management of department expenses and investment budget.
Defines and leads improvement projects to be executed.
Mandatory Qualifications Minimum experience of 2 years as coordinator of continuous improvement department in the industrial area Proficiency in English (speaking and writing are part of the function's daily routine - interaction with other plants) Graduate in Engineering Advanced knowledge in Excel and Power BI Experience with WCM Preferred Qualifications Training experience in a variety of continuous improvement tools (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Root Cause Analysis, etc) Experience with ISO 9001-14001-45001 standards About Us We are a dynamic organization with great customers and a culture where people are valued and empowered to deliver amazing results.
